<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I am back in Canada and I have found a great job. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to everyone who has read this blog over the years. Thank you to everyone you came up to me in the UAE and said that they read my blog. Thank you.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Hello Readers, </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> I know that it has been a hot minute, but I am back in Canada. I officially left ADEC and I can say that I survived 4 years working for ADEC.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The exit process wasn't as bad as it seemed on paper but there will be more on that later. I am pleased to announce that I have found a job in Montreal, I will be teaching at an all boys school and I will be teaching Grade 7, 8, and 10 Science. The last few months have been crazy, but I am so happy that things have turned out well.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">More to come and thanks for reading!</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Well readers, it is the end of an era.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Last week I put in my resignation to leave the UAE at the end of this school year. I plan to go back to Canada and see where the wind takes me.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">I want to thank each and every one of you that has commented, read and approached me in person. To all those that have been inspired, keep your dreams alive.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">I will graduate from my Masters program in April, I am looking to take a break from the classroom. I am excited and nervous to see what next year will bring.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Just like I documented the entry process, I am going to TRY and document the exit process. Last week, the resignation window opened, you have two weeks to fill in the application to apply to resign. The application asks for basic information, name, expected departure date. There are about 9 people that have to approve this resignation, the first one is your principal. She approved mine, but she also had many questions for me as to why I was leaving, I explained that it was my time to go. I now wait on the next approver. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"> There are many things that come with living abroad. The mere fact that I am 8 hours ahead of my home city makes it difficult to take to anyone in a timely matter. Living here I have missed weddings, baby showers, the birth of my friends kids. This year I have been hit with something that I have always been afraid of; my mother will need an important surgery next month. There is not negotiating about this, my mother is very important to me and I need to be there. I have already told my principal and I will be out of work for 2 weeks once we get the surgery date. I will have to fly home and miss two weeks of work. I will not be paid, but sometimes it is not always about the money. Hopefully, everything will be fine.</span></div>

One of my absolute favorite things in Dubai is Global Village. This event takes place during the cooler months from November to April. Global Village is wonderful, it is a collection of countries where most countries have a pavilion. In these pavilions they sell clothes, food and art from that country. There are fair style rides as well as performances by local artists. If you have kids, this is an excellent family outing. My favourite pavilion is Africa (I know it isn't a country), they do black henna, which can be hard to find in the UAE. They sell items from all over Africa for excellent prices and the purses, omg 10$ for a gorgeous clutch, every year I buy at least two. I am sometimes tempted to buy a bunch and resell them.<br />

Getting some black henna done by a Sudanese lady. Black henna gets a bad name because it needs to be dyed to get that black color, often one can get severe allergic reactions from that dye. Global Village is the only place I will get black henna done, I figure if people who know what they are doing are the ones doing the henna I am safe. </div>

Parking is a bit of a pain, when you park, please look at the number assigned to your area. We didn't do that and we had to look for our car for about an hour at the end of the night. </div>

If you are in the UAE between November and April, you have to go to Global Village. You will find so many wonderful souvenirs from around the world. You may need to go more than once, i honestly go every year.</div>

My co-worker and friend L, has a husband who is an artist (V). They host their first paint and sip back in February. For those of you who don't know what a Paint and Sip is, it is when an artist teaches a group of people how to paint a painting meanwhile you sip on wine and have snacks. Very fun. <div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfXyAOE_MSN4XyCQ-7eF3Mk1yfLd4HfIXdWATAV_cEJyOYv6VUUfXe8ZPVC_Z6UBXUCJ-tsAB9FZo3oE-E003sJrDtEiwj9pZv_6-QFgFsuFGWNPwigzdb4rhgYlIy3_5LvSTLwtg-ySRi/s640/blogger-image--345105345.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfXyAOE_MSN4XyCQ-7eF3Mk1yfLd4HfIXdWATAV_cEJyOYv6VUUfXe8ZPVC_Z6UBXUCJ-tsAB9FZo3oE-E003sJrDtEiwj9pZv_6-QFgFsuFGWNPwigzdb4rhgYlIy3_5LvSTLwtg-ySRi/s640/blogger-image--345105345.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Here I am with my final product! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfUrLvWekMB2RsWaMcLlrnoGZzFmKb7YLcBbe8-YKLnLKs677CJZuB1qrzX-PB5YSUyVydzBrtqEOd3BOMfgd0zbgEr1ITfO4U09KFekoTw4Z1DrhyphenhyphenKOkJdNG-FhX7vAthFstv0oPJ6xTx/s640/blogger-image--593987066.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfUrLvWekMB2RsWaMcLlrnoGZzFmKb7YLcBbe8-YKLnLKs677CJZuB1qrzX-PB5YSUyVydzBrtqEOd3BOMfgd0zbgEr1ITfO4U09KFekoTw4Z1DrhyphenhyphenKOkJdNG-FhX7vAthFstv0oPJ6xTx/s640/blogger-image--593987066.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Here we all are with our paintings. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Such a fun time! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Most people tend to do these for birthday parties. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">I also love to see the variety in the paintings. </div><br></div><br></div>MissHaneefahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14639543849921423474noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5571951856563360862.post-61563501036435655632016-07-22T11:04:00.001-07:002016-07-22T11:04:10.998-07:00European World Wind Tour: Why Solo Travel Is The Ish. Last Christmas break I went on the trip of a lifetime. I was supposed to go to Prague with a friend and he bailed on me during booking. I had never been interested in Prague until he mentioned it, but the more I researched the more I love it. So I left Dubai and headed to Prague. <div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidkFATN4hOkmAfHsRQUR54m7tqXVuoQXyVK2ybT1pcFiQyvL8GvDFyfZyxG3lMFcsoJxAX2GKFor9ZlqMz4emAll_ao9fHGleTUmLDXNsMd2narpk6v7xaNJJPjAp9bf3I3FpoHAdlhHXl/s640/blogger-image--787285141.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidkFATN4hOkmAfHsRQUR54m7tqXVuoQXyVK2ybT1pcFiQyvL8GvDFyfZyxG3lMFcsoJxAX2GKFor9ZlqMz4emAll_ao9fHGleTUmLDXNsMd2narpk6v7xaNJJPjAp9bf3I3FpoHAdlhHXl/s640/blogger-image--787285141.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">The streets are like a fairy tale. <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">-Yas water world</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">-Eat at the restaurant at the top of the Burj Khalifah.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">-Ski Dubai</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">-Miracle Garden</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">-ride the fastest roller coaster at Ferrari World</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I have two more classes for this Masters and trying to put a little money aside, now that I am practically debt free. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The time will fly and I am still up in the air as to what will happen once I am done.</span><br />

EGYPT!!!</div><div><br></div><div>Since I was in grade 2, we learned about the pyramids, the Nile, the Egyptian gods and goddesses, heck my mother is named Icis after the Egyptian goddess of fertility. </div><div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZlpektyKT_EpIovm8gfZXlGx7S1KsJdX4uBPSv1s0NIK5Mrun-kcVsW96QLlrZ0c5NI7bOOndVf-Jhq_ugz8WMwafUk_UsaKhMPcxPUkH3w6q1y0oH2k8rLOTKoBZW2DMK-xxyNen5nNO/s640/blogger-image--2036191650.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZlpektyKT_EpIovm8gfZXlGx7S1KsJdX4uBPSv1s0NIK5Mrun-kcVsW96QLlrZ0c5NI7bOOndVf-Jhq_ugz8WMwafUk_UsaKhMPcxPUkH3w6q1y0oH2k8rLOTKoBZW2DMK-xxyNen5nNO/s640/blogger-image--2036191650.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">This was our hotel Le Meridian Pryramids. Emiratis have the most National Pride I've ever seen. Last Decenber, the UAE turned 44. Nations day here is alaways a very big deal. There are green, white and red lights everywhere (the colours of the UAE). Since it is December 2 and 3, it almost feels like the lights are meant for Christmas also. At our school, our students dress up and wear their best outfits. They put on a show, sing and dance. <div><br></div><div>It is the one day of the year I wear makeup<span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> and get all dressed up. </span><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi77PuaIr8ViJxcwjOhWt19NYJwV8_OhTuCY3QlUdXB7apimUrM8y8Qu1uSZNKPa1lPExzjG3tTKTtPx1__NqAk92l2mdKeXuy-qKKyXZQby2i-6UGxoD-DY07mAn6_gvTRcsv3TnBtuA8z/s640/blogger-image--69864018.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi77PuaIr8ViJxcwjOhWt19NYJwV8_OhTuCY3QlUdXB7apimUrM8y8Qu1uSZNKPa1lPExzjG3tTKTtPx1__NqAk92l2mdKeXuy-qKKyXZQby2i-6UGxoD-DY07mAn6_gvTRcsv3TnBtuA8z/s640/blogger-image--69864018.jpg"></a></div><br></div><div>The students' gave us roses. Each departed had to do something and involve the students. Since I don't really get a chance to do any 'fun' experiments in science class, I decided to do Elephant toothpaste with the students. <div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVJbUyWT2zYLnFvs6GxStdbUGn-voNtmaFhYVK6IhX7JLIWfnD8OzJmoSiHKAO5j_i9-YB4BfU8oeEntIF2RbGJFIT1j-JqjJptk2y8A5UxtWsq3vxSBGZp5-0Cf1eRO2iilleMg9809MH/s640/blogger-image-666795706.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVJbUyWT2zYLnFvs6GxStdbUGn-voNtmaFhYVK6IhX7JLIWfnD8OzJmoSiHKAO5j_i9-YB4BfU8oeEntIF2RbGJFIT1j-JqjJptk2y8A5UxtWsq3vxSBGZp5-0Cf1eRO2iilleMg9809MH/s640/blogger-image-666795706.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGlMDvw6x0Igf7pMounhsY7AzLcQDtxA1AuF89oOu9z6R_FQrKzIpKx9ViWllVVA_P2QEETcrvdVpzFK_kyHHjkmogdfjIDEyE0I5JmTBG8ux5WI2JuS7PAqufMJJVgOR8u0-_U52khzpl/s640/blogger-image--1800089595.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGlMDvw6x0Igf7pMounhsY7AzLcQDtxA1AuF89oOu9z6R_FQrKzIpKx9ViWllVVA_P2QEETcrvdVpzFK_kyHHjkmogdfjIDEyE0I5JmTBG8ux5WI2JuS7PAqufMJJVgOR8u0-_U52khzpl/s640/blogger-image--1800089595.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">These are the ingredients used. <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Hello Readers from near and far, </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this little piece of my world, here on the big old internet, I always appreciate comments and questions.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">As you ,may have guessed, I love to travel. There are times when there is no one to travel with or I want to go somewhere that others are not interested in. At 35 years old, I have started to travel solo more and more.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I know that many people are apprehensive about travelling alone, especially as a female. I think that it is something that everyone must do at least once in their lives. You learn so much about yourself, when you are in a foreign place and you have to rely on no one but yourself. Plus, if you want to take a nap in the middle of the day you can and not feel guilty. :)</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">If you are going to venture off and travel alone here are a few suggestions:</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Start small, if you are a little unsure try to go away for a weekend alone at first, then you can build up to a longer vacation.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">For flights I use Skyscanner, Kayak and Expedia usually to book my flights. When I can I try and book the flight directly with the airline or with a well known site, just in case anything happens and I have to cancel.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Pack as little as possible, you should be able to carry your own suitcase around. You have no one to impress, your on your own! You can also wash things in the sink if you must (or shop!). If my trip is to a warm destination and five days of less, I try to only back a carry on.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">If you land at night, arrange for the hotel to pick you up, it may cost you a little more but it can be better than having to look for a taxi at a late hour.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">If the time you arrive is not too late, ask the info desk (or check google maps) the fastest/cheapest way to get to your hotel/hostile.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Don't be afraid of hostiles, you can meet cool people and many of them are just as nice as hotels. Since I am not 20 anymore, I sometimes book a private room in a hostile.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Do whatever interests YOU! If you like cooking take a cooking class. There are also many free walking tours of most European cities (just google FREE WALKING TOUR). While I was in Europe at Christmas (more about that in a few posts). I took free walking tours of Prague, Milan and Amsterdam, they were fantastic. All I had to do was tip the guide (5-10$ usually). These tours were super informative and a nice way to met a few people.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">TripAdvisor will be your best friend. When looking into hotels, I find it best to stay near the city center, then you can walk around easily, or near public transit such as a metro or a tram. Use TripAdvisor to look at reviews of the hotels that you are interested in. Booking.com is also great for booking hotels and hostileworld.com for hostiles.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Depending where you go it is OK to tell a little white lie. I have been to Bali, Jordan and Sri Lanka alone and a few more. I often tell men that I am married, if they ask and that I am waiting for my husband to come. Some countries frown upon a single woman over the age of 25, why aren't you married, why don't you have kids are you crazy? (Yes these are things that I have heard in my life)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ask questions, if you are heading out ask the hotel their advice on where to go, if you are lost don't be afraid to ask for direction.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">If you want someone to take a picture of you, I tend to ask an Asian tourist (I know this sounds bad, but maybe it is because I lived in Japan and they are the nicest people under the sun), but I feel like they are least likely to still my phone. You can also invest in a selfie stick. I know that they look a little ridiculous but they come in so handy when you are travelling, especially alone.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Use Google maps, especially the walking feature or the public transit feature. You can download the maps ahead of time to your city so that you can use them even if you don't have wifi.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Invest in a sim card, usually they have them at the airport and you can get them with some data for 10$. I have an old iphone and i just place the SIM card to the country I am travelling in in there and I use it as a hotspot for my current phone. This way I have some wifi at all times if I need it for any reason.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Post on Facebook, now some may see this as showing off, but i see it as a way for others to know where you are. If anything were to happen at least people know where you are or have an idea.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Send someone you trust all your travel info;flight, passport copy, hotel info. Once again, if anything were to happen someone knows where you are and can contact you.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">If you get sick or are in trouble, go to a 5 star hotel, they usually have access to a doctor.</span></li>
</ul>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Hope that helps! Feel free to ask me any questions!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Happy travels!</span><br />

Ummm, sir, I am black too.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjnOW6L6OKaQkMYcUXJrUyklLrzNA4HgYK1I0XU3IIxnaQydgolQ6ty-rXl507YpMERU9WX7PvdFrl4f5U06OA_jDt__PJ8FIFm0tUyaTsXlwKRTSNgSd53gL2g4QkTtycFJl6oY8KP8Q_/s640/blogger-image-823798976.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjnOW6L6OKaQkMYcUXJrUyklLrzNA4HgYK1I0XU3IIxnaQydgolQ6ty-rXl507YpMERU9WX7PvdFrl4f5U06OA_jDt__PJ8FIFm0tUyaTsXlwKRTSNgSd53gL2g4QkTtycFJl6oY8KP8Q_/s640/blogger-image-823798976.jpg"></a></div><br></div> I could have done more, but in all honesty I just wanted to relax on this trip. This is a wine pairing event usually held at a nice restaurant in Abu Dhabi. This time it was held at Caramel Lounge on Saadiyat island in Abu Dhabi. The cost is about 45$ and you get 5 courses paired with wines. This time the wines were from South Africa.<div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2bZXsQRDZgQkOLqUkE3kDcBbSlXxRR1CeIxTFtsG2v1nuufhZy0ro4HIafsiFzK3N7mf7inaaJEdd7UQvBcPZI0wFn32jseb0npNJ_JpDmaGZE4LTsuAhBfrIxYvEzHwRH62vnO0X7cu7/s640/blogger-image-1784425215.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; I am always flattered to hear that people from around the world read this blog and I am so happy to hear that I have helped so many. Special shout out to Stephanie, who approached me at Maya Island in Abu Dhabi last Friday and had so many lovely things to say. <div> School has started and it is not going so well. We are missing teachers, so the teachers that are here are overloaded. The last two years I taught 18 hours a week and now I have been bumped up to 24, I will be teaching three sections of grade 8 Science and one section of grade 7 Science. Hopefully, we will get another science teacher at our school and then we each can teach a grade. </div><div><br></div><div>This past weekend I celebrated my birthday in Abu Dhabi and had an amazing time. </div><div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg90xciDtIVA8oxamZESeP2uYGJTqF-oO43JJAJ1IvHnMkxQsrVZHuRfxpyjpdzz-WNn6ekjVzROrBKe8xlSPhB08nADXstSJF8ZjeKb9nf6JzkG-fm4uqV549pJCeuiE6H7cOb-K9ez7xX/s640/blogger-image--1294077181.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg90xciDtIVA8oxamZESeP2uYGJTqF-oO43JJAJ1IvHnMkxQsrVZHuRfxpyjpdzz-WNn6ekjVzROrBKe8xlSPhB08nADXstSJF8ZjeKb9nf6JzkG-fm4uqV549pJCeuiE6H7cOb-K9ez7xX/s640/blogger-image--1294077181.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"> One of my coworkers husband is an artist and they know that I love art, so they gave me this piece for my birthday. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjewDxUzvfEplpztYDDcnpf1k22zx03Q3nGm8gzMME2PdkS0YkGKIHEJtzbxast1baG4_OZ9NwAs46yVnAKs08A_NzlKhFiA9lIqwXrSmLVPxdWLbCSMMpIl1wEg2_qJ1ACGetN84z6iCQa/s640/blogger-image-571311376.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjewDxUzvfEplpztYDDcnpf1k22zx03Q3nGm8gzMME2PdkS0YkGKIHEJtzbxast1baG4_OZ9NwAs46yVnAKs08A_NzlKhFiA9lIqwXrSmLVPxdWLbCSMMpIl1wEg2_qJ1ACGetN84z6iCQa/s640/blogger-image-571311376.jpg"></a></div> I had this delicious cake from Cold Stone, peanut butter and chocolate are my favorite combination.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBfUdorphMD3IYcMEqU1sF77qGHaoCGOPWeLakqWTVOR8d_ku1pZ2Ksv8w7AGEXGMmzvujUe_Wbjdi2zI3_ZznJ1mbqH-brcdzQuPevaymCzhQMBLEHynvZf3V3B3tRBHvQXFQA4OJOguI/s640/blogger-image-557631426.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBfUdorphMD3IYcMEqU1sF77qGHaoCGOPWeLakqWTVOR8d_ku1pZ2Ksv8w7AGEXGMmzvujUe_Wbjdi2zI3_ZznJ1mbqH-brcdzQuPevaymCzhQMBLEHynvZf3V3B3tRBHvQXFQA4OJOguI/s640/blogger-image-557631426.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"> Went out on Thursday night to Le Royal Meridien in Abu Dhabi, the skirt I am wearing is made by the same lady that made the dress I wore to the wedding a few weeks ago, she is in Montreal.
